Meikle Barfil is a comfortable, clean and spacious holiday cottage which can accommodate up to 6 people and an infant. The cottage offers:

• Three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms (one downstairs). Freshly laundered bed linen is provided at no extra cost.
• A boxroom, suitable for a cot. (Cot is available on request. Please bring own bedding.)
• A large, fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge.  
• A separate sitting room with comfortable seating, 26 inch lcd flat screen television and dvd player.
• A spacious dining room with seating for six people and a 32 inch widescreen television.

• A main bathroom downstairs, with toilet, wash basin, bath and electric shower over the bath.
• A toilet and wash hand basin upstairs.
• A spacious back kitchen, suitable for storing bikes etc.
• A utility room with an additional fridge freezer and a washing machine.
• Oil central heating throughout and an oil fired stove in the lounge. (All heating oil and electricity included in rental cost.)
• A highchair.
• A selection of games, toys, books and dvds.
• Hand towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided.  Please bring own bath towels. 
• One well behaved pet is welcome, by arrangement.  Pets must not sit on furniture, have access upstairs or enter any of the bedrooms during their stay.
• Meikle Barfil is STRICTLY non-smoking.  Smokers may smoke outside as long as cigarette ends are carefully disposed of. 

*Please note, we ask guests not to light the open fire in the dining room, for safety reasons.
